Budgeting for an affordable office pods? Three numbers cover the range: $4,084 (SoloKabin™ booth), $5,446 (DuoKabin™ 4-person pod), $7,352 (TeamKabin™ 8-person room) — factory-direct, before shipping, which we quote per address to Switzerland. For comparison, equivalent pods from Western brands commonly list at two to four times these figures through dealer channels.
The difference is the supply chain, not the spec: Ikabin pods are engineered and built in our own Dubai factory with tempered acoustic glass, −35 dB speech privacy and a 5-year warranty, and have been installed 470+ times. Request a quote and you will have the full landed cost within one business day.

Supply chain, not spec. Ikabin designs and builds in its own Dubai factory and sells direct — there is no importer, distributor or dealer margin stacked on top. The engineering (−35 dB speech privacy, tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy structure) is comparable to pods listing at several times the price.
Shipping to your address (quoted up front), any import duties and taxes in your country (your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods), and an electrician's hour to connect the pod on site. There are no assembly fees hidden in the quote.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
