Pods are built in about three weeks and sail from Jebel Ali to Le Havre or Marseille-Fos, then travel by road to your site. Container-ready packaging protects every panel, and single-unit orders are as welcome as full containers.

Office pods in France.
The importer — you or your fit-out client — is responsible for French import duties and import VAT. We provide complete commercial documentation for clearance, and your customs broker confirms the exact amounts before the shipment arrives. Pricing is transparent in USD, with shipping quoted to your address.
Each pod needs one standard electrical connection for its lighting, ventilation and sockets. A local licensed electrician completes the connection on site in under an hour — no special infrastructure is required.
About three weeks to build in our Dubai factory, then ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door by sea from Jebel Ali to Le Havre or Marseille-Fos and onward by road. Most French orders are installed within ≈7–9 weeks of confirmation.
Single units are welcome. Many French clients start with one SoloKabin™ or DuoKabin™ to judge the quality in their own office, then scale to multi-unit or container orders. Agenceurs and distributors receive container pricing as volumes grow.
Paris has direct flights to Dubai — visit our showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai, to sit inside the pods and test the acoustics. Prefer to stay in France? We run live video tours of the showroom and factory so you inspect everything remotely before ordering.
