Delivery & Installation

Every Ikabin pod is delivered and installed by our own team. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what we need from you. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver and install across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
2. Cost
Delivery and installation are included free in the price of every pod. The price you pay at checkout is the price for the pod delivered and installed at your location — there are no separate shipping or assembly charges.
3. Lead time
Because each pod is built to order, the typical lead time is about three weeks from the date of purchase to delivery and installation. We will confirm your expected delivery window after your order is placed. Lead times may vary slightly during busy periods or for large/volume orders.
4. Scheduling
After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you — usually by WhatsApp — to agree a delivery and installation date and time that works for you. We will keep you updated as your build progresses.
5. Site access & requirements
To install your pod smoothly, please make sure that on the agreed date:
- There is a clear, safe route from the building entrance to the installation spot (corridors, doorways, and lifts wide enough for the pod components).
- Any building access permissions, parking, loading-bay bookings, or lift reservations required by your premises or landlord are arranged in advance.
- The installation area is clear and ready, with a level floor and access to power if your configuration uses integrated lighting.
- Someone is available on site to give our team access and confirm placement.
If access is not possible on the agreed date, or a re-delivery is needed due to site conditions outside our control, additional charges may apply. Please tell us in advance about any access constraints (for example, height limits, tight corners, or restricted delivery hours) so we can plan accordingly.
6. On the day
Our team delivers the pod, moves it into place, installs and sets it up, and removes the main packaging. Installation is usually completed in a single visit. Once finished, you confirm placement and you're ready to use your Kabin.
7. After installation
We maintain and service our pods in the UAE, and we can relocate your pod if you move premises (relocation may be chargeable). If anything isn't right, contact us and we'll put it right under your warranty.
