Most office pods sold in the Gulf are imported from the Far East: ordered from a catalogue, paid for sight unseen, then shipped by sea for one to three months — and if anything arrives damaged or needs a warranty claim, the factory is an ocean away. Ikabin is the other way round. We are the original manufacturer, and the factory is in Dubai — which means every buyer in the GCC is a short flight from the showroom and a few days' road freight from their pods.
Visit us at Business Village, Block A, Dubai, step inside a SoloKabin, close the door and judge the acoustic glass for yourself — or get specs, photos and video over WhatsApp if you'd rather not travel. Once you order, each pod is built in about three weeks, packed for export, and trucked straight to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman.

GCC orders, answered.
Road freight from Dubai typically reaches Muscat in ≈1–3 days, Doha and Manama in ≈2–4 days, Kuwait City in ≈3–5 days and Saudi cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) in ≈3–7 days, depending on the border crossing and final destination. Add the 3-week build time — every pod is made to order.
Installation support for GCC orders is quoted together with delivery. Depending on the project we can arrange installation on site or supervise your contractor — the pods are engineered for straightforward assembly, and full documentation is provided either way.
GCC orders are paid by bank transfer, in USD or AED. We issue a commercial invoice with full company and banking details, and production starts once payment is received.
We prepare the complete export paperwork — commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin for the UAE-made pods — and your customs broker handles clearance on the destination side. UAE-origin goods move through well-established GCC customs channels, so with the documents in order, clearance is usually straightforward.
Single units are welcome — one SoloKabin to Doha or one TeamKabin to Riyadh is a normal order for us. For multi-unit projects we quote volume pricing, and OEM/white-label branding is available for distributors and fit-out contractors.
