Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured by the manufacturer itself — not a reseller that may not exist next year. Spare parts ship directly from our factory in Dubai, so a replacement panel or door seal is a courier shipment away, not a new procurement project.
3-week build, direct sailings to US ports
Pods are built in three weeks and packed in container-ready export packaging. Jebel Ali has frequent direct sailings to Newark, Houston and Los Angeles, and we handle the full export paperwork. Door-to-door delivery to most US addresses runs ≈5–7 weeks from order confirmation.
OEM and white-label for US brands
Distributors and fitout firms can order pods under their own brand: your logo, your RAL colours, your spec sheet. We build to your drawings as the original manufacturer, so you control the customer relationship while we handle production. Office pods in United States.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and power outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to your building supply on site — a straightforward job that typically takes under an hour per pod.
We quote export orders in plain terms — typically DAP (Delivered At Place) or similar — so you know exactly which costs sit with us and which with you before you order. Import duties and taxes in the US are normally the buyer's responsibility, and your customs broker can confirm the applicable treatment for UAE-origin goods. We supply the full documentation they need.
Single-unit export orders are welcome. Many US clients start with one SoloKabin™ or DuoKabin™ to evaluate the product, then scale to multi-pod or container orders. Pricing per unit improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation, and sea freight from Jebel Ali to US ports plus inland delivery brings the total to ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We quote a specific estimate for your address when we quote shipping.
Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by us as the manufacturer. If a component ever needs replacing, we ship spare parts from our Dubai factory to your address, with our engineering team available on video call and WhatsApp (+971 50 992 3032) to guide the swap.
