These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ikabin.ae and any purchase you make from Ikabin (“Ikabin”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Delivery & Installation Policy.

1. About us

Ikabin sells premium soundproof office pods, designed in the USA and built and serviced in the UAE. Showroom: Business Village, Block A, Dubai, UAE. Contact: sales@ikabin.com · +971 50 992 3032.

2. Products

Our pods (SoloKabin™, DuoKabin™, and TeamKabin™) are built to order. Product images, dimensions, and descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in finish, colour, and dimensions may occur. We may improve or change product specifications over time.

3. Prices

  • All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery and installation within the UAE are included in the price at no extra charge.
  • Prices are subject to change, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

4. Orders & payment

  • You place an order by completing checkout and paying in full by card. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, MamoPay; we do not store your card details.
  • Paying in full confirms your build slot. Because each pod is built to order, production begins after payment.
  • An order is accepted once payment is successfully received and we send you confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if we cannot deliver to your location or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any amount paid.

5. Delivery & installation

We deliver and install across the United Arab Emirates only, typically within about three weeks of purchase. Full details, scheduling, and access requirements are set out in our Delivery & Installation Policy.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Because every pod is custom-built to order, all sales are final: once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for change of mind. Genuinely faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are remedied by repair or replacement under our warranty. Full details are set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

7. Warranty

Every Ikabin pod comes with a 5-year product warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, contact us with your order reference and we will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.

8. After-sales service

We install, maintain, and service our pods in the UAE. If something is wrong, contact us and we will help. We can also relocate your pod if you move premises (relocation may be chargeable).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Ikabin name, logo, product names, text, images, and design — belongs to Ikabin or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikabin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
