Italy in brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Italian fit-out contractors and coworking operators need pods that satisfy two audiences at once: the architect who judges every profile and finish, and the client who judges the invoice. Ikabin builds SoloKabin™, DuoKabin™ and TeamKabin™ in our own Dubai factory — tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy structure, −35 dB speech privacy — in a clean aluminium-and-glass design finished in any RAL colour, at factory-direct USD pricing.
Italy's geography works in your favour: sailings from Jebel Ali reach Genoa through the Suez Canal in a fraction of the time a Far East shipment takes, so projects keep their dates. You deal directly with the manufacturer in English, tour the factory by live video before ordering, and every pod carries a 5-year warranty with spare parts shipped from our own line. Single units for a trial installation are as welcome as container programmes for distributors.
Factory-direct
Why buy from a UAE manufacturer.
Genoa is weeks closer than the Far East
Jebel Ali sits on the direct Suez route into the Mediterranean, so pods reach Genoa in ≈3–4 weeks instead of the long Far East transit. For project-driven fit-out work, that difference is what keeps handover dates intact.
3-week build matched to project schedules
Production takes about three weeks in our Dubai factory, and we align it to your fit-out programme. Combined with the short Mediterranean sailing, pods arrive when the site is ready for them — not months after.
Finishes Italian architects sign off
Slim aluminium profiles, full-height tempered glass and exteriors in any RAL colour, specified to the project palette. The pod presents as part of the architecture, which is what Italian clients are paying their designers for.
A real factory with full QC
Ikabin is the original manufacturer, with every unit built and quality-checked in our own Dubai facility. Before you order, we walk the production floor with you on a live video tour — you see your pods being made.
−35 dB speech privacy, demonstrated
Tempered acoustic glass and a steel-alloy structure deliver −35 dB speech privacy, tested in QC on every unit. In an open-plan studio or a coworking floor in Milan, that is the number that sells the pod.
Same-day answers, overlapping hours
Dubai's working day overlaps most of the Italian one, and our team answers the same day in clear English. Message us directly on WhatsApp at +971 50 992 3032 — you reach the factory, not an agent.

FAQ
Office pods in Italy.
Your pod enters Italy as an EU import from the UAE, with Italian import VAT and any applicable duty settled at clearance in Genoa. Your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and duties — we provide complete commercial documentation for a smooth clearance.
Any local Italian electrician. Each pod arrives internally pre-wired for lighting, ventilation and sockets and needs a single connection to the building supply — typically a short visit, easily coordinated within a fit-out programme.
Around 6–7 weeks door-to-door: about 3 weeks of production in Dubai, then ≈3–4 weeks sailing from Jebel Ali to Genoa and onward delivery to site. We confirm dates against your project schedule before production starts.
Single units are welcome. Many Italian contractors install one pod on a live project to judge quality first-hand before standardising on Ikabin across their fit-outs, and container-ready packaging keeps single-unit freight economical.
Yes — visit our Dubai showroom at Business Village, Block A, or join a live video inspection where we tour the factory and show your units in production. Most Italian buyers order confidently after the video walkthrough.
