United Kingdom in brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
British companies fitting out offices — and the fit-out contractors and distributors who supply them — usually face a choice between pricey European brands and anonymous far-east catalogues. Ikabin offers a third route: a real manufacturer in Dubai, a few hours' flight away, building SoloKabin™, DuoKabin™ and TeamKabin™ pods with tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy structures and −35 dB speech privacy, then shipping them straight from Jebel Ali to UK ports.
UK–UAE trade ties keep deepening, and buying from Dubai feels familiar in a way far-east sourcing rarely does: contracts, drawings and support all in English, same-day answers from a team in a nearby time zone, and a showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai that you can walk through in person or tour live on video before you commit. Export orders are priced in USD and shipping is quoted per delivery address.
Factory-direct
Why buy from a UAE manufacturer.
A trade lane the UK already trusts
Commercial ties between the UK and the UAE are strong and growing, and Dubai is one of the world's most practised export hubs. Your pods ship from Jebel Ali — one of the busiest ports on earth — with clean, professional export documentation your customs broker will recognise.
English contracts, no translation risk
Every quotation, drawing, contract and manual comes in plain English, written by the team that actually builds your pods. There is no agent in the middle and no language barrier of the kind that routinely derails far-east orders.
A real factory, not a reseller
Ikabin pods are built in our own Dubai factory: tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy frame, aluminium finish and −35 dB speech privacy. You deal with the original manufacturer, so specifications are decided on the factory floor, not in a trading office.
Same-day support, live factory tours
Dubai is only four hours ahead of London, so you get same-day responses during your working day. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 992 3032, book a live video tour of the factory, or visit the showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai.
3-week build, direct sailings
Standard pods leave the production line in about three weeks, packed container-ready for the direct Jebel Ali services to Felixstowe and Southampton. Single-unit orders are as welcome as full-container fit-out programmes.
OEM and white-label for UK traders
Fit-out companies and distributors can order pods under their own brand, in any RAL colour, with custom sizes and interior specs. We manufacture; you own the client relationship.

FAQ
Office pods in United Kingdom.
The buyer does, as with any import. We price export orders in USD, ship from Jebel Ali with complete commercial invoices and packing lists, and your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and any duty for your entry. Many UK buyers simply hand our document pack to their regular forwarder.
Each pod arrives pre-wired with lighting, ventilation and sockets ending in a single connection point. A local electrician connects it to your building supply as a standard job — typically under an hour per pod — and we provide wiring diagrams in English.
Plan on ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door after production: around 3 weeks to build, then the direct sailing from Jebel Ali to Felixstowe or Southampton, customs clearance and final delivery. We confirm a schedule against your address when quoting.
Both. A single SoloKabin™ for a head office is as welcome as a multi-container programme for a fit-out contractor. Container-ready packaging keeps single-unit freight sensible, and traders get volume pricing as quantities grow.
Yes. Visit our showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai, or take a live video tour of the factory and your actual units before they are packed. Photo and video documentation of your finished pods is standard before every shipment.
