Refunds & Returns

Every Ikabin pod is custom-built to order, so all sales are final. This policy explains our no-refund, no-return position and how we handle faulty or damaged items. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Built-to-order — all sales final
Our pods are not held in stock. Each one is manufactured specifically for your order after payment, and production is committed as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and paid for. Please review your model, quantity, and delivery details carefully, and contact us with any questions, before you complete your purchase.
2. No cancellations or change-of-mind refunds
Once payment is made and your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, including for change of mind. If you are unsure which pod is right for you, talk to our team first — we are happy to help you choose before you buy, or visit our Dubai showroom.
3. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
We deliver and install every pod ourselves, so issues are rare. If your pod arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered:
- Tell us within 48 hours of installation, with photos where possible.
- We will inspect and then repair or replace the affected item, or the relevant part, at no cost to you.
- Faulty or damaged items are remedied by repair or replacement — this does not entitle you to a cash refund.
4. Warranty
Every pod is covered by a 5-year product warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty claims are handled by repair or replacement of the defective part or product. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under UAE consumer protection law in relation to goods that are genuinely defective or materially not as described. Those matters are resolved by repair or replacement as set out above.
