Ikabin builds soundproof office pods — the one-person SoloKabin™, the four-person DuoKabin™ and the eight-person TeamKabin™ — in our own factory in Dubai, and ships them factory-direct to companies, fit-out contractors and distributors across Germany. Export orders are priced in USD, with shipping quoted per delivery address.

Pods are built in about three weeks and sail directly from Jebel Ali to Hamburg or Bremerhaven. Container-ready packaging protects every panel in transit, and single-unit orders are as welcome as full containers.

Office pods in Germany.
As the importer, you (or your fit-out client) are responsible for German import duties and import VAT. We provide full commercial documentation for clearance, and your customs broker confirms the exact duties and import VAT before the shipment arrives — we keep pricing transparent in USD ex-works or with shipping quoted to your address.
Each pod needs a single standard electrical connection for its lighting, ventilation and sockets. A local licensed electrician makes the final connection on site in under an hour — no special infrastructure is required.
About three weeks to build your pod in our Dubai factory, then ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door by sea from Jebel Ali to Hamburg or Bremerhaven and onward by road. Most German orders are installed within ≈7–9 weeks of confirmation.
Single units are welcome. Many German clients start with one SoloKabin™ or DuoKabin™ to evaluate build quality, then scale to container volumes. Distributors and fit-out traders get container pricing as quantities grow.
