Austria in brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
From Vienna's office towers to engineering firms in Linz and Graz, Austrian companies need quiet rooms inside open-plan floors. Ikabin manufactures soundproof office pods — SoloKabin™ for one, DuoKabin™ for up to four, TeamKabin™ for up to eight — in our own Dubai factory and delivers them to businesses, fit-out contractors and distributors across Austria, priced in USD with shipping quoted per address.
Austrian buyers weighing Far-East imports should ask one question: who stands behind the pod after it lands? Ikabin is the original manufacturer, not a trading company. You negotiate in English, in a timezone that overlaps the Austrian workday, with the factory that builds the steel structure, glazes the acoustic glass and honours the 5-year warranty.
Factory-direct
Why buy from a UAE manufacturer.
Built to a standard you can inspect
Steel-alloy frames, tempered acoustic glass and aluminium finishes achieve −35 dB speech privacy. We are a real factory with full control of quality, and we prove it with live video tours of the production line before you commit to an order.
Same-day answers in your working hours
Dubai is only three hours ahead of Vienna, so technical questions and approvals are handled within the Austrian workday. All contracts and communication are in clear English — not midnight calls to a supplier on the other side of the world.
After-sales from the actual manufacturer
A 5-year manufacturer warranty on every pod, with spare parts dispatched from our own factory in Dubai. Long after the container clears the port, you are still dealing with the people who built your pod.
3-week build, sea and rail to Austria
Your pod is built in about three weeks, sails from Jebel Ali to a north-European or Adriatic port, and continues by rail or road to Austria. Container-ready packaging protects it the whole way, and single units are welcome.
Every RAL colour, your branding
Choose any RAL colour for panels and frames, and add your own or your client's branding. As the manufacturer we offer true OEM and white-label production — Austrian fit-out firms can sell Ikabin quality under their own name.
A showroom you can actually visit
Dubai is a direct flight from Vienna. Visit our showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai, to sit inside the pods and test the acoustics yourself — or do the same by live video before ordering.

FAQ
Office pods in Austria.
The importer — you or your fit-out client — is responsible for Austrian import duties and import VAT. We supply complete commercial documentation for clearance, and your customs broker confirms the exact amounts before arrival. Our USD pricing stays transparent, with shipping quoted to your address.
Each pod requires one standard electrical connection for lighting, ventilation and sockets. A local licensed electrician completes the hook-up on site in well under an hour — no special infrastructure needed.
Around three weeks to build in our Dubai factory, then ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door via sea to Hamburg or Koper and onward by rail or road. Most Austrian orders are installed within ≈8–10 weeks of confirmation.
Yes — single units are welcome. Many Austrian clients start with one SoloKabin™ or DuoKabin™ to judge the build quality first-hand, then move to multi-unit or container orders. Distributors receive container pricing as volumes grow.
Visit our Dubai showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai — a direct flight from Vienna — or take a live video tour of the showroom and factory. You see the steel structure, acoustic glazing and finish quality exactly as it will ship.
