The importer — you or your forwarder — settles import VAT and any duty on entry, per your customs broker's calculation. We supply the complete document pack from Dubai: commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, ready for EU customs.
Each pod is fully pre-wired with lighting, ventilation and sockets ending in a single connection point. A local installateur connects it to the building supply as a standard short job, following the English wiring documentation we include.
Plan on ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door: around 3 weeks of production in Dubai, the Jebel Ali–Rotterdam sailing, customs clearance and trucking to your address. We confirm the exact schedule when quoting.
