The buyer, as importer of record — your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and any duty at entry. We supply complete export documentation from Dubai, and most Belgian buyers hand the pack straight to their regular forwarder.
Pods arrive pre-wired, with lighting, ventilation and sockets terminating in one connection point. A local electrician makes the final connection to your building supply as a short standard job, guided by the English wiring diagrams we provide.
About ≈4–6 weeks: roughly 3 weeks of production in Dubai, the sailing from Jebel Ali to Rotterdam or Antwerp, EU customs clearance and trucking to your address. We confirm a dated schedule with your quotation.
Yes — single-unit orders are welcome and our container-ready packaging keeps the freight sensible. Dealers and fit-out contractors ordering several pods per container see the unit cost drop further.
