You do, as the importer — your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and any duty when the shipment clears EU customs. We prepare the full document pack in Dubai, and most buyers pass it directly to their forwarder.
Each pod arrives pre-wired, with lighting, ventilation and sockets ending in a single connection point. A local electrician connects it to the building supply as a short standard job, using the English wiring diagrams we supply.
Plan on ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door: around 3 weeks in production, the Jebel Ali–Rotterdam sailing, EU clearance and road delivery to Luxembourg. A dated schedule comes with your quotation.
