In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The honest answer to “how much does an office pod cost?” is: it depends who is in the chain. Resellers and importers typically add 40–100% over factory price. Buying a buy modern office pod factory-direct from Ikabin removes the chain: you deal with the Dubai factory that builds it, at the price the factory charges — from AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) for the SoloKabin™ to Norway.
Every quote is itemised: pod price in USD, shipping to your address, and clear incoterms so the cost split is explicit before you order. Volume pricing improves per unit; dealers can ask about OEM and white-label programmes.
