In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The test of a enclosed office pods is simple: can the person at the nearest desk follow the conversation? At −35 dB speech-level reduction, they cannot — speech leaves an Ikabin pod as an unintelligible murmur. Tempered acoustic glass keeps the pod visible and safe (no sealed boxes, no dark rooms) while door seals and insulated panels keep the words inside to the United States.
Every pod includes continuous quiet ventilation, LED lighting and power through one connection point. Built to order in 3 weeks in any RAL colour, priced factory-direct in USD for export, delivered door-to-door with full documentation.

Pods are built to order in 3 weeks in our Dubai factory, then shipped 5–7 weeks. Installation is same-day: position the pod, connect one power point, done.
SoloKabin™ for private calls (1–2 people), DuoKabin™ for one-to-ones and interviews (up to 4), TeamKabin™ for confidential meetings (up to 8). All are soundproofed to the same −35 dB spec.
That is one of its most common uses. At −35 dB speech privacy, interviews, grievance meetings and legal calls are not intelligible outside the pod — a standard a normal glass meeting room rarely meets.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Newark / Houston / Los Angeles runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
