It is a prefabricated, soundproofed room for workplaces: an enclosed booth with acoustic glass, ventilation, lighting and power, placed inside an existing space. Ikabin builds three sizes — a 1–2 person phone booth, a 4-person meeting pod and an 8-person meeting room — all with −35 dB speech privacy.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane / Fremantle runs ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
