No. It sits on any level floor, is not fixed to the building, and connects through a single power point. Your electrician typically connects it in under an hour, and it is usable the same day it is positioned.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
