In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Shopping for a modular office phone booth usually comes down to three questions: how quiet, how fast, and how much. Ikabin's answers: −35 dB speech privacy (a normal call is a murmur outside), 3 weeks from order to dispatch from our Dubai factory, and AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct — no reseller margin, shipped to the United Kingdom with full export documentation.
One booth or a fleet: single-unit orders are welcome, and per-unit pricing improves with volume. Dealers and fitout firms can white-label the booth in their own brand and RAL colours, built by the original manufacturer.
Office phone booths
What a good phone booth has to get right.
Ventilation you don't hear
A booth that gets stuffy doesn't get used. Quiet continuous airflow keeps CO₂ down through hour-long calls.
Acoustics first
−35 dB speech-level reduction from tempered acoustic glass, insulated panels and door seals. Not a claim — the engineering spec every pod is built to.
One floor tile of footprint
At 1250 × 1250 mm the SoloKabin™ tucks into dead corners and corridors — no permits, no fit-out, no landlord consent.
Power, USB and light built in
LED lighting, mains power and USB at the work surface. One external connection point; your electrician connects it in under an hour.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.
| Pod | Capacity | External size | Acoustics | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SoloKabin™ | Phone booth · 1–2 people | 1250 × 1250 × 2300 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 15,000 ≈ $4,084 |
| DuoKabin™ | Meeting pod · up to 4 | 2200 × 1250 × 2300 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446 |

FAQ
Modular office phone booth in the United Kingdom — questions, answered.
No. It sits on any level floor, is not fixed to the building, and connects through a single power point. Your electrician typically connects it in under an hour, and it is usable the same day it is positioned.
The SoloKabin™ is AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct — you buy from the manufacturer, not a reseller. Export orders are priced in USD with shipping quoted per delivery address, and per-unit pricing improves with volume.
The SoloKabin™ delivers −35 dB speech-level reduction: a phone call at normal volume inside is reduced to a murmur a metre outside. That comes from tempered acoustic glass, an insulated steel-alloy structure and acoustic door seals — enough for confidential calls in a fully open-plan office.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Felixstowe / Southampton runs ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
