In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Budgeting for an office pod for sale? Three numbers cover the range: $4,084 (SoloKabin™ booth), $5,446 (DuoKabin™ 4-person pod), $7,352 (TeamKabin™ 8-person room) — factory-direct, before shipping, which we quote per address to Sweden. For comparison, equivalent pods from Western brands commonly list at two to four times these figures through dealer channels.
The difference is the supply chain, not the spec: Ikabin pods are engineered and built in our own Dubai factory with tempered acoustic glass, −35 dB speech privacy and a 5-year warranty, and have been installed 470+ times. Request a quote and you will have the full landed cost within one business day.

FAQ
Office pod for sale in Sweden — questions, answered.
Request a quote with your delivery address and the pods you need. We reply within one business day with USD pricing, itemised shipping, transit estimate and documentation details.
No — single-unit orders are welcome and common. Many clients pilot one pod, then order multiples; per-unit pricing improves with volume, and container quantities price best.
Shipping to your address (quoted up front), any import duties and taxes in your country (your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods), and an electrician's hour to connect the pod on site. There are no assembly fees hidden in the quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Gothenburg runs ≈5–6 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
