Your pod enters Denmark as an EU import from the UAE, with Danish import VAT and any applicable duty settled at clearance. Your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and duties, and we provide all the commercial documentation they ask for.
Each pod is internally pre-wired for lighting, ventilation and sockets, with one external connection point. A local Danish electrician hooks it to your building supply in a short visit — no specialist crew needed.
Roughly 8–9 weeks door-to-door: about 3 weeks to build in Dubai, then ≈5–6 weeks from Jebel Ali to Aarhus and onward to your address. Dates are confirmed before production starts.
One pod is a perfectly good first order. Danish dealers often trial a single SoloKabin™ or DuoKabin™ before moving to multi-unit or white-label programmes, and our container-ready packaging keeps single-unit freight economical.
Yes — in person at our Dubai showroom at Business Village, Block A, or by live video inspection where we tour the factory and show your actual units in production. Most Danish clients are comfortable ordering after the video walkthrough.
