In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Open-plan offices are good at collaboration and terrible at concentration. A room pods fixes that without construction: a finished, furnished, ventilated room that is positioned on your floor and plugged in — no permits, no builders, no dust. Ikabin designs and manufactures its pods in its own Dubai factory and ships them factory-direct to Ireland, so you buy from the people who actually build the product.
The range covers three sizes: the SoloKabin™ phone booth for one to two people, the DuoKabin™ meeting pod for up to four, and the TeamKabin™ meeting room for up to eight. Every pod uses tempered acoustic glass, a steel-alloy structure and an aluminium finish, and delivers −35 dB speech privacy — a normal conversation inside is inaudible a metre outside. Pods are built to order in 3 weeks, carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and have been installed more than 470 times.
Soundproof office pods
Why teams buy a pod instead of building a room.
Any RAL colour
Standard finishes ship fastest, but every pod can be finished in any RAL colour — or white-labelled for dealers.
5-year manufacturer warranty
Backed by the factory that built it, with spare parts shipped from Dubai and engineers on video call.
−35 dB speech privacy
Tempered acoustic glass and an insulated steel-alloy structure drop speech to a murmur. Calls stay private; the office stays calm.
Ready in weeks, not months
A built room means contractors, permits and downtime. A pod is manufactured in 3 weeks, delivered finished, and usable the day it is positioned.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Room pods in Ireland — questions, answered.
Pods arrive as panelised, container-ready units and are assembled and positioned on your floor. Your electrician connects a single power point — typically under an hour per pod — and the pod is ready to use the same day.
Ikabin pods are factory-direct: the SoloKabin™ phone booth is AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), the DuoKabin™ 4-person meeting pod AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446) and the TeamKabin™ 8-person meeting room AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352). Export orders are priced in USD with shipping quoted per address.
It is a prefabricated, soundproofed room for workplaces: an enclosed booth with acoustic glass, ventilation, lighting and power, placed inside an existing space. Ikabin builds three sizes — a 1–2 person phone booth, a 4-person meeting pod and an 8-person meeting room — all with −35 dB speech privacy.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Dublin Port runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
