In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Shopping for a small office pod is usually a space problem wearing a noise costume. The fix: the SoloKabin™, 1250 × 1250 × 2300 mm, freestanding, ventilated and soundproofed to −35 dB, delivered to Sweden from our Dubai factory at AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct.
It is small outside and surprisingly unclaustrophobic inside: a full-height acoustic glass front keeps light and sightlines, the ventilation changes the air continuously, and the work surface takes a laptop and a second screen. 470+ installations, 5-year manufacturer warranty.
Compact pods
Full spec, one floor tile.
1250 × 1250 mm footprint
About 1.6 m² — the SoloKabin™ fits corridor ends, corners and the dead zone by the lift core.
No small-pod discount on acoustics
−35 dB speech privacy — the identical spec to our largest room, in the smallest shell.
Glass keeps it open
A full-height acoustic glass front keeps daylight and sightlines, so one floor tile never feels like a cupboard.
Air for all-day use
Continuous silent ventilation sized for the volume — hour-long calls without stuffiness.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Small office pod in Sweden — questions, answered.
No — the SoloKabin™ carries the same −35 dB speech-privacy spec as the eight-person TeamKabin™: tempered acoustic glass, insulated steel-alloy panels and acoustic door seals. The engineering scales down; the spec doesn't.
The SoloKabin™ measures 1250 × 1250 mm externally — about 1.6 m², one floor tile — and 2300 mm high. It fits one person at a standing-height work surface comfortably, two standing at a pinch.
The full-height glass front keeps daylight and sightlines so it reads as a booth, not a box; continuous ventilation keeps CO₂ down through back-to-back calls; and the surface takes a laptop plus a second screen.

Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
