A soundproof meeting pod is the shortcut: a prefabricated meeting room with acoustic glass and −35 dB speech privacy, delivered to Hong Kong from our factory and installed without builders.
Ikabin builds two meeting sizes — the 4-person DuoKabin™ and the 8-person TeamKabin™ — plus the SoloKabin™ phone booth for calls. All three are engineered and manufactured in-house in Dubai: steel-alloy structure, aluminium finish, any RAL colour, 470+ installations and counting.

Yes — Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction through tempered acoustic glass, insulated steel-alloy panels and acoustic door seals. A meeting at normal volume is reduced to a murmur a metre outside the pod.
Both are built in: continuous quiet ventilation sized for a fully occupied pod, LED lighting, and power outlets. Everything runs from a single connection point that your electrician connects in under an hour.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
