In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
“Soundproof” is the most abused word in office furniture, so here is the number behind ours: every Ikabin pod delivers −35 dB speech-level reduction. A conversation at normal volume inside a pod is a murmur a metre outside. That comes from tempered acoustic glass, an insulated steel-alloy structure, acoustic door seals and a ventilation path designed not to leak sound — engineering done in our own Dubai factory, shipped to Sweden factory-direct.
A soundproof pod for office from Ikabin comes in three sizes: the SoloKabin™ phone booth (1–2 people), the DuoKabin™ meeting pod (up to 4) and the TeamKabin™ meeting room (up to 8). Each is built to order in 3 weeks, carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and has the same acoustic spec — the small booth is exactly as private as the big room.
Soundproof pods
Where the silence actually comes from.
−35 dB, every pod
One acoustic spec across the whole range, from the one-person booth to the eight-person room.
Proven 470+ times
The same spec, photographed in the offices our factory has already fitted.
Tempered acoustic glass
Full-height acoustic glazing keeps sightlines open while blocking speech — the clarity of a glass room with the privacy of a wall.
Insulated steel-alloy shell
The structure is a sound barrier: insulated panels on a steel-alloy frame, finished in aluminium, engineered as one acoustic system.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Soundproof pod for office in Sweden — questions, answered.
Yes — ask for a live video demonstration from our Dubai factory: we take a call inside a pod while you listen from outside. UAE visitors can also test every pod at our Business Village showroom in Dubai.
No honest manufacturer claims total silence — a room with ventilation can never be a hermetic chamber. What matters is speech privacy: at −35 dB reduction, speech is no longer intelligible outside. Ikabin publishes the number so you can compare like for like.
Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction. In practice: a conversation at normal volume inside the pod is reduced to an unintelligible murmur a metre outside. That is sufficient for confidential calls and meetings in a fully open-plan office.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
