In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The best home office is the one your household cannot hear — and cannot be heard in. Inside a work pods for home, calls at normal volume are a murmur outside, and the doorbell, dishwasher and family noise stay off your microphone. It is a room within a room: tempered acoustic glass, insulated steel-alloy panels, sealed door, continuous quiet ventilation to New Zealand.
Because the pod is freestanding furniture rather than construction, there is no permit, no builder and no change to the house. It moves when you move. Factory-direct from Dubai: SoloKabin™ AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), DuoKabin™ AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446), built in 3 weeks, 5-year warranty.

FAQ
Work pods for home in New Zealand — questions, answered.
No — the pod's lighting, ventilation and outlets run from a single connection point that an electrician connects to a standard household circuit, typically in under an hour.
They solve different problems. A garden room needs groundwork, weatherproofing, power trenching and often a permit, and it stays behind when you move. An indoor pod installs in a day inside space you already heat and own, needs no permission, and relocates with you.
The SoloKabin™ needs a 1250 × 1250 mm footprint and 2300 mm of ceiling height — it fits most living rooms, garages and lofts, and its panels pass through standard doorways for assembly in place. The larger DuoKabin™ (2200 × 1250 mm) suits garages and open-plan spaces.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
