In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Most companies shopping for a working pods are solving the same problem: too much noise, not enough rooms. An Ikabin pod is a room you can buy — soundproofed to −35 dB, ventilated, lit and wired, delivered to Switzerland from our own factory in Dubai. No fit-out contractors, no landlord approvals for permanent walls, and it moves with you at your next office.
Three products cover every use: SoloKabin™ (1–2 people, calls and deep work), DuoKabin™ (up to 4, meetings and interviews) and TeamKabin™ (up to 8, board-style meetings). Export orders are priced in US dollars, shipping is quoted per address, and every pod leaves the production line within 3 weeks of order confirmation.
Soundproof office pods
Why teams buy a pod instead of building a room.
−35 dB speech privacy
Tempered acoustic glass and an insulated steel-alloy structure drop speech to a murmur. Calls stay private; the office stays calm.
Ready in weeks, not months
A built room means contractors, permits and downtime. A pod is manufactured in 3 weeks, delivered finished, and usable the day it is positioned.
Ventilated and lit
Quiet ventilation exchanges the air continuously; LED lighting and power outlets are built in. One connection point powers everything.
Moves with your office
Unlike drywall, a pod is an asset, not a leasehold improvement. Relocate it across the floor or across town when the office changes.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.
| Pod | Capacity | External size | Acoustics | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|

FAQ
Working pods in Switzerland — questions, answered.
Every pod delivers −35 dB speech-level reduction using tempered acoustic glass, an insulated steel-alloy structure and acoustic door seals. A normal conversation inside is reduced to a murmur outside — enough for confidential calls in an open-plan office.
Pods arrive as panelised, container-ready units and are assembled and positioned on your floor. Your electrician connects a single power point — typically under an hour per pod — and the pod is ready to use the same day.
Ikabin pods are factory-direct: the SoloKabin™ phone booth is AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), the DuoKabin™ 4-person meeting pod AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446) and the TeamKabin™ 8-person meeting room AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352). Export orders are priced in USD with shipping quoted per address.
Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
