In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Meetings leak. In an open office, a one-to-one at normal volume carries five desks in every direction — and the glass-walled rooms that solve it usually arrive at the end of a long construction project. A 6 person soundproof office pod conference room is the shortcut: a prefabricated meeting room with acoustic glass and −35 dB speech privacy, delivered to Ireland from our factory and installed without builders.
Ikabin builds two meeting sizes — the 4-person DuoKabin™ and the 8-person TeamKabin™ — plus the SoloKabin™ phone booth for calls. All three are engineered and manufactured in-house in Dubai: steel-alloy structure, aluminium finish, any RAL colour, 470+ installations and counting.
The TeamKabin™ seats six with room to spare.
Meeting pods
A meeting room as a product, not a project.
An asset, not a fit-out
Depreciate it, relocate it, resell it. A built room stays with the landlord; a pod stays with you.
Your colours
Any RAL colour, and OEM / white-label programmes for dealers and fitout firms.
Sized by headcount
DuoKabin™ seats up to 4; TeamKabin™ seats up to 8 around a table. Both feel like rooms, not boxes — full-height acoustic glass fronts keep sightlines open.
Meetings stay in the room
−35 dB speech privacy means negotiations, interviews and reviews are inaudible outside the glass.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

| TeamKabin™ | Meeting room · up to 8 | 2500 × 2000 × 2250 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352 |

FAQ
6-person conference pod in Ireland — questions, answered.
Yes. Pods are freestanding and panelised — they can be repositioned on the floor or disassembled and relocated to a new office. Nothing is fixed to the building.
Yes — Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction through tempered acoustic glass, insulated steel-alloy panels and acoustic door seals. A meeting at normal volume is reduced to a murmur a metre outside the pod.
Ikabin builds two meeting sizes: the DuoKabin™ (2200 × 1250 mm) seats up to four, and the TeamKabin™ (2500 × 2000 mm) seats up to eight around a table. For solo calls, the SoloKabin™ phone booth completes the range.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
