In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
“Soundproof” is the most abused word in office furniture, so here is the number behind ours: every Ikabin pod delivers −35 dB speech-level reduction. A conversation at normal volume inside a pod is a murmur a metre outside. That comes from tempered acoustic glass, an insulated steel-alloy structure, acoustic door seals and a ventilation path designed not to leak sound — engineering done in our own Dubai factory, shipped to Luxembourg factory-direct.
A acoustic office pod from Ikabin comes in three sizes: the SoloKabin™ phone booth (1–2 people), the DuoKabin™ meeting pod (up to 4) and the TeamKabin™ meeting room (up to 8). Each is built to order in 3 weeks, carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and has the same acoustic spec — the small booth is exactly as private as the big room.
Soundproof pods
Where the silence actually comes from.
−35 dB, every pod
One acoustic spec across the whole range, from the one-person booth to the eight-person room.
Proven 470+ times
The same spec, photographed in the offices our factory has already fitted.
Acoustic door seals
The door is where most pods fail. Ours closes onto compression seals that complete the acoustic envelope every time.
Baffled, silent ventilation
Air moves continuously through baffled paths that let airflow in and keep sound out — no stuffiness, no hum.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Acoustic office pod in Luxembourg — questions, answered.
Yes — ask for a live video demonstration from our Dubai factory: we take a call inside a pod while you listen from outside. UAE visitors can also test every pod at our Business Village showroom in Dubai.
Three: the SoloKabin™ phone booth (1–2 people, AED 15,000 ≈ $4,084), the DuoKabin™ meeting pod (up to 4, AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446) and the TeamKabin™ meeting room (up to 8, AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352). All share the same −35 dB acoustic spec.
This is where cheap pods fail. Ikabin pods move air through baffled acoustic paths, so ventilation runs continuously without opening a sound leak. You get fresh air and −35 dB privacy at the same time.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Rotterdam, then by road to Luxembourg runs ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
