In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The appeal of a glass office pods is obvious — daylight, sightlines, an office that still looks like one team. The catch is acoustics: ordinary glazing leaks speech. Ikabin pods square it with tempered acoustic glass engineered as part of the sound envelope: full-height glazed fronts with −35 dB speech-level reduction, so the pod reads open and sounds sealed to New Zealand.
All three sizes carry the glazed front — SoloKabin™ booth, DuoKabin™ meeting pod, TeamKabin™ meeting room — with insulated steel-alloy panels, silent ventilation and LED lighting completing the room. Built in 3 weeks in Dubai, from AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct, 5-year warranty.

FAQ
Glass office pods in New Zealand — questions, answered.
The glazed front is standard, not an upgrade: SoloKabin™ AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), DuoKabin™ AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446), TeamKabin™ AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352), factory-direct with export shipping quoted per address.
No — continuous baffled ventilation exchanges the air silently, and interior LED lighting is low-heat. The glazing faces the office interior, not direct sun loads.
Frosting or privacy film applies cleanly to the glazed front for visual discretion, and the side and rear panels are opaque as standard. Speech privacy is already handled by the acoustics.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Auckland / Tauranga, with on-delivery nationwide runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
