Meeting pods

DuoKabin™ and TeamKabin™ — factory-built meeting pods with acoustic glass, delivered to France in weeks.
- Built in 3 weeks
- −35 dB speech privacy
- 5-year warranty
In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Confidential by design: a meeting booth with real acoustic engineering keeps interviews, reviews and client calls private. Ikabin pods are rated at −35 dB speech-level reduction — conversation inside is a murmur outside — with ventilation quiet enough to forget it is running. Delivered to France factory-direct, priced in USD for export, with full documentation.
Pick the size by headcount: DuoKabin™ for up to four, TeamKabin™ for up to eight. Both include lighting, power and ventilation through a single connection point, and both are relocatable — when the office moves, the meeting room moves with it.
Meeting pods
A meeting room as a product, not a project.
Your colours
Any RAL colour, and OEM / white-label programmes for dealers and fitout firms.
An asset, not a fit-out
Depreciate it, relocate it, resell it. A built room stays with the landlord; a pod stays with you.
Air that keeps up
Continuous quiet ventilation sized for a full pod — eight people, hour-long meetings, no stuffiness.
Same-day usable
Positioned, connected to one power point, done. No contractors, no permits, no weeks of noise and dust.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

Yes — Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction through tempered acoustic glass, insulated steel-alloy panels and acoustic door seals. A meeting at normal volume is reduced to a murmur a metre outside the pod.
Both are built in: continuous quiet ventilation sized for a fully occupied pod, LED lighting, and power outlets. Everything runs from a single connection point that your electrician connects in under an hour.
