In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
A meeting booth gives you what every growing office runs out of first: a private room for meetings. Instead of a three-month fit-out, an Ikabin pod arrives as a finished product — tempered acoustic glass, −35 dB speech privacy, continuous ventilation, LED lighting and power — positioned on your floor and working the same day to New Zealand.
The DuoKabin™ seats up to four for interviews, one-to-ones and video calls (2200 × 1250 mm, AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446). The TeamKabin™ seats up to eight as a full meeting room (2500 × 2000 mm, AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352). Both are built to order in 3 weeks in our Dubai factory and carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
Meeting pods
A meeting room as a product, not a project.
An asset, not a fit-out
Depreciate it, relocate it, resell it. A built room stays with the landlord; a pod stays with you.
Your colours
Any RAL colour, and OEM / white-label programmes for dealers and fitout firms.
Sized by headcount
DuoKabin™ seats up to 4; TeamKabin™ seats up to 8 around a table. Both feel like rooms, not boxes — full-height acoustic glass fronts keep sightlines open.
Meetings stay in the room
−35 dB speech privacy means negotiations, interviews and reviews are inaudible outside the glass.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Meeting booth in New Zealand — questions, answered.
Yes — Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction through tempered acoustic glass, insulated steel-alloy panels and acoustic door seals. A meeting at normal volume is reduced to a murmur a metre outside the pod.
Ikabin builds two meeting sizes: the DuoKabin™ (2200 × 1250 mm) seats up to four, and the TeamKabin™ (2500 × 2000 mm) seats up to eight around a table. For solo calls, the SoloKabin™ phone booth completes the range.
Factory-direct: the 4-person DuoKabin™ is AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446) and the 8-person TeamKabin™ is AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352). Export orders are priced in USD, shipping quoted per address, built in 3 weeks.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
