In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Meetings leak. In an open office, a one-to-one at normal volume carries five desks in every direction — and the glass-walled rooms that solve it usually arrive at the end of a long construction project. A meeting booth is the shortcut: a prefabricated meeting room with acoustic glass and −35 dB speech privacy, delivered to Luxembourg from our factory and installed without builders.
Ikabin builds two meeting sizes — the 4-person DuoKabin™ and the 8-person TeamKabin™ — plus the SoloKabin™ phone booth for calls. All three are engineered and manufactured in-house in Dubai: steel-alloy structure, aluminium finish, any RAL colour, 470+ installations and counting.
Meeting pods
A meeting room as a product, not a project.
An asset, not a fit-out
Depreciate it, relocate it, resell it. A built room stays with the landlord; a pod stays with you.
Your colours
Any RAL colour, and OEM / white-label programmes for dealers and fitout firms.
Same-day usable
Positioned, connected to one power point, done. No contractors, no permits, no weeks of noise and dust.
Air that keeps up
Continuous quiet ventilation sized for a full pod — eight people, hour-long meetings, no stuffiness.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Meeting booth in Luxembourg — questions, answered.
Yes. Pods are freestanding and panelised — they can be repositioned on the floor or disassembled and relocated to a new office. Nothing is fixed to the building.
Factory-direct: the 4-person DuoKabin™ is AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446) and the 8-person TeamKabin™ is AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352). Export orders are priced in USD, shipping quoted per address, built in 3 weeks.
Both are built in: continuous quiet ventilation sized for a fully occupied pod, LED lighting, and power outlets. Everything runs from a single connection point that your electrician connects in under an hour.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
