In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Renting more meeting rooms is permanent spending; building them is permanent construction. A modular office booth is neither: buy it once, place it where it is needed this quarter, and move it when the need moves. Two people can reposition a pod on its floor; a small crew relocates it between sites to New Zealand.
Ikabin builds three sizes to one acoustic standard (−35 dB speech privacy) in its own Dubai factory. 3-week build, container-ready export packaging, 5-year manufacturer warranty — the spec you approve is the spec that arrives.
Portable & modular pods
Designed to be moved, not just delivered.
−35 dB after every move
Compression door seals and engineered panel joints keep the acoustic envelope through repeat assembly.
5-year warranty
Manufacturer-backed wherever the pod ends up — parts ship from our Dubai factory.
An asset, not a fit-out
Depreciable equipment you keep and resell — not a leasehold improvement surrendered with the lease.
One plug, anywhere
A single connection point powers lighting, ventilation and outlets — re-siting means re-plugging.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

Not Ikabin's: the −35 dB speech-privacy spec is identical to a fixed installation, because the sealing is engineered (compression seals) rather than caulked on site. Every pod is QC-checked in the factory before shipping.
The pod is built from factory-made panels — walls, glazing, roof, floor — that assemble into a sealed acoustic room. The same system lets you relocate the pod, replace a single panel if one is ever damaged, and ship the whole unit container-efficiently.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Auckland / Tauranga, with on-delivery nationwide runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
