In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Floor plans have a shelf life; a modular office pods doesn't. Ikabin pods are freestanding, panelised rooms — nothing is fixed to the building, so a pod can be rolled to the other side of the floor over a weekend, or disassembled and reassembled in a new office across town. The acoustic spec (−35 dB speech privacy) survives every move, because it lives in the engineering, not the caulking to Switzerland.
That portability changes the accounting too: a pod is a movable asset you depreciate and keep, not a leasehold improvement you write off when the lease ends. Three sizes — SoloKabin™, DuoKabin™, TeamKabin™ — built in 3 weeks in Dubai, from AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct, 5-year warranty.
Portable & modular pods
Designed to be moved, not just delivered.
5-year warranty
Manufacturer-backed wherever the pod ends up — parts ship from our Dubai factory.
−35 dB after every move
Compression door seals and engineered panel joints keep the acoustic envelope through repeat assembly.
Repositions on the floor
Freestanding and self-contained: shift it to the quiet corner, the new team zone, or the next floor.
Relocates between offices
Panelised construction disassembles and reassembles with standard tools — same pod, new address, acoustic spec intact.

FAQ
Modular office pods in Switzerland — questions, answered.
The pod is built from factory-made panels — walls, glazing, roof, floor — that assemble into a sealed acoustic room. The same system lets you relocate the pod, replace a single panel if one is ever damaged, and ship the whole unit container-efficiently.
Not Ikabin's: the −35 dB speech-privacy spec is identical to a fixed installation, because the sealing is engineered (compression seals) rather than caulked on site. Every pod is QC-checked in the factory before shipping.
Yes — Ikabin pods are panelised and engineered for repeat assembly: glazing, door seals and panel joints are designed to come apart and go back together with standard tools, keeping the −35 dB acoustic spec intact. Repositioning on the same floor is a two-person job; relocating between sites is a small crew's half-day.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Rotterdam, then Rhine barge / rail to Switzerland runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
