Office phone booths
Office phone booth in Austria.
The SoloKabin™ — a factory-built soundproof phone booth for calls and focus work, shipped to Austria direct from the manufacturer.
- Built in 3 weeks
- −35 dB speech privacy
- 5-year warranty
In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The economics of a office phone booth are simple: one booth returns dozens of interrupted hours a week. Instead of pacing a corridor or occupying a six-seat meeting room for a one-person call, staff step into a booth, close the acoustic door, and the office hears nothing. The SoloKabin™ fits through standard doorways, sits on any level floor, and needs one power connection to Austria.
Inside: a work surface, LED lighting, quiet continuous ventilation, power and USB. Outside: tempered acoustic glass and an aluminium-finished steel-alloy shell in any RAL colour. −35 dB speech privacy, 3-week build, 5-year warranty, 470+ installations to date.
Office phone booths
What a good phone booth has to get right.
Acoustics first
−35 dB speech-level reduction from tempered acoustic glass, insulated panels and door seals. Not a claim — the engineering spec every pod is built to.
One floor tile of footprint
At 1250 × 1250 mm the SoloKabin™ tucks into dead corners and corridors — no permits, no fit-out, no landlord consent.
Power, USB and light built in
LED lighting, mains power and USB at the work surface. One external connection point; your electrician connects it in under an hour.
5-year warranty
Manufacturer-backed, with spare parts from our Dubai factory and engineers on video call.
The range

FAQ
Office phone booth in Austria — questions, answered.
No. It sits on any level floor, is not fixed to the building, and connects through a single power point. Your electrician typically connects it in under an hour, and it is usable the same day it is positioned.
The SoloKabin™ is AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct — you buy from the manufacturer, not a reseller. Export orders are priced in USD with shipping quoted per delivery address, and per-unit pricing improves with volume.
The SoloKabin™ delivers −35 dB speech-level reduction: a phone call at normal volume inside is reduced to a murmur a metre outside. That comes from tempered acoustic glass, an insulated steel-alloy structure and acoustic door seals — enough for confidential calls in a fully open-plan office.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Hamburg or Koper, then rail / road to Austria runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
