Office phone booths

A −35 dB phone booth with ventilation, lighting and power, from the factory that builds it — delivered to Portugal.
- Built in 3 weeks
- −35 dB speech privacy
- 5-year warranty
In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Every open office has the same bottleneck: nowhere to take a call. A office phone pod solves it in one square metre and a half — a ventilated, soundproofed booth where a video call at normal volume is inaudible to the desk next to it. Ikabin's SoloKabin™ is built for exactly this: 1250 × 1250 mm footprint, standing desk height, LED lighting, power and USB, and −35 dB speech privacy, factory-direct to Portugal.
Because we manufacture in our own Dubai factory, the booth ships in 3 weeks at a factory-direct price — AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) — with a 5-year warranty honoured by the maker. Need more than calls? The same engineering scales up to the DuoKabin™ 4-person meeting pod and TeamKabin™ 8-person meeting room.
Office phone booths
What a good phone booth has to get right.
5-year warranty
Manufacturer-backed, with spare parts from our Dubai factory and engineers on video call.
Relocatable
Move it across the floor or to the next office. The booth is an asset you keep, not a leasehold improvement you abandon.
Ventilation you don't hear
A booth that gets stuffy doesn't get used. Quiet continuous airflow keeps CO₂ down through hour-long calls.
Acoustics first
−35 dB speech-level reduction from tempered acoustic glass, insulated panels and door seals. Not a claim — the engineering spec every pod is built to.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Office phone pod in Portugal — questions, answered.
No. It sits on any level floor, is not fixed to the building, and connects through a single power point. Your electrician typically connects it in under an hour, and it is usable the same day it is positioned.
The SoloKabin™ is AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct — you buy from the manufacturer, not a reseller. Export orders are priced in USD with shipping quoted per delivery address, and per-unit pricing improves with volume.
The SoloKabin™ delivers −35 dB speech-level reduction: a phone call at normal volume inside is reduced to a murmur a metre outside. That comes from tempered acoustic glass, an insulated steel-alloy structure and acoustic door seals — enough for confidential calls in a fully open-plan office.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Lisbon / Sines runs ≈4 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
