You communicate directly with the manufacturer in English, inspect the factory by live video before ordering, and every pod carries a 5-year warranty with spare parts shipped from our own line. Fit-out contractors, coworking operators and dealers can start with a single unit.

Your pod enters Portugal as an EU import from the UAE, with Portuguese import VAT and any applicable duty settled at clearance in Lisbon or Sines. Your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and duties — we provide complete commercial documentation.
Any local Portuguese electrician. The pod arrives internally pre-wired for lighting, ventilation and sockets and needs only a single connection to your building supply — a short, routine job.
Around 7 weeks in total: about 3 weeks of production in our Dubai factory, then ≈4 weeks of sea freight from Jebel Ali to Lisbon or Sines and onward delivery to your address. We confirm dates before production starts.
Yes — single units are welcome. Many Portuguese operators start with one SoloKabin™ or DuoKabin™ to test quality and member demand before rolling out across locations, and container-ready packaging keeps single-unit freight economical.
