Your pod enters Finland as an EU import from the UAE: Finnish import VAT and any applicable duty are settled at customs clearance. Your customs broker confirms the exact import VAT and duties — we supply complete commercial invoices and packing lists.
The pod arrives internally pre-wired for lighting, ventilation and sockets, with a single external connection point. A local Finnish electrician connects it to your building supply — a short, routine job.
Plan on roughly 8–9 weeks in total: about 3 weeks of production in our Dubai factory, then ≈5–6 weeks of sea freight from Jebel Ali to Helsinki and onward delivery. We confirm dates before you commit.
Yes — single units are welcome. Many Finnish buyers start with one pod to benchmark it against what they know before ordering volume or discussing white-label manufacturing. Container-ready packaging keeps single-unit freight reasonable.
