In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
A portable office pods earns its keep every time the office changes: new team layout, new floor, new building. Ikabin's modular panel system disassembles with standard tools and reassembles without losing acoustic integrity — door seals, glazing and panel joints are engineered for repeat assembly to Italy.
Every pod is a complete room — ventilation, LED lighting, power through one connection point — and installs the day it arrives. 470+ installations, any RAL colour, OEM options for dealers, priced in USD for export with door-to-door shipping quoted per address.
Portable & modular pods
Designed to be moved, not just delivered.
An asset, not a fit-out
Depreciable equipment you keep and resell — not a leasehold improvement surrendered with the lease.
One plug, anywhere
A single connection point powers lighting, ventilation and outlets — re-siting means re-plugging.
Relocates between offices
Panelised construction disassembles and reassembles with standard tools — same pod, new address, acoustic spec intact.
Repositions on the floor
Freestanding and self-contained: shift it to the quiet corner, the new team zone, or the next floor.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Portable office pods in Italy — questions, answered.
Not Ikabin's: the −35 dB speech-privacy spec is identical to a fixed installation, because the sealing is engineered (compression seals) rather than caulked on site. Every pod is QC-checked in the factory before shipping.
The pod is built from factory-made panels — walls, glazing, roof, floor — that assemble into a sealed acoustic room. The same system lets you relocate the pod, replace a single panel if one is ever damaged, and ship the whole unit container-efficiently.
No. Pods are freestanding and self-ballasted — nothing is drilled into the building. That is what makes them portable, permit-free in most jurisdictions, and invisible to your lease's reinstatement clause.
Yes — request a live video tour of our Dubai production line, review drawings on a call, or visit the showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai. Export clients receive full spec sheets before committing.
Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
