Prefab pods
Prefab office pods in New Zealand.
No site work, no snag list: prefab office pods built in 3 weeks and delivered to New Zealand factory-direct.
- Built in 3 weeks
- −35 dB speech privacy
- 5-year warranty
In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Site-built rooms inherit the site's problems: scheduling, trades, tolerances, snag lists. A prefab office pods inverts that — the room is manufactured under factory conditions, with jigs, QC stations and the same hands building every unit, then delivered to New Zealand as panelised, container-ready kit that two people assemble in place.
Ikabin has built 470+ pods this way. The payoff is predictability: 3 weeks from order to dispatch, a fixed factory-direct price in USD, and an acoustic spec (−35 dB) that is tested in the factory rather than hoped for on site.
Prefab pods
Why factory-built beats site-built.

Container-ready packaging
Panelised units packed for ocean freight, assembled in place by two people in hours.
3 weeks, reliably
A controlled production line means a date you can plan an office move around.

3 weeks of production, then shipping (5–7 weeks), then same-day installation: position the pod, connect one power point, done. Compare that with a 2–4 month fit-out for an equivalent built room.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
