A prefab studio pod fully built from us arrives as a complete product — insulated steel-alloy structure, tempered acoustic glass, ventilation, lighting and wiring already integrated — and is assembled in place in hours, not built on site in weeks to New Zealand.

Everything is manufactured and integrated in our Dubai factory — structure, acoustic glass, insulation, wiring, lighting and ventilation — then shipped as panelised, container-ready units. On site, two people assemble the pre-built panels in place in hours; nothing is fabricated at your location.
Structurally it is typically better: an engineered steel-alloy frame with factory tolerances, versus site drywall. Acoustically there is no contest — pods are tested to −35 dB speech privacy in the factory; site-built rooms are rarely tested at all.
3 weeks of production, then shipping (5–7 weeks), then same-day installation: position the pod, connect one power point, done. Compare that with a 2–4 month fit-out for an equivalent built room.
Yes — single-unit export orders are welcome. Many clients pilot one pod and then scale to multi-pod or container orders; per-unit pricing improves with volume, but there is no minimum.
Yes. Pods ship with standard internal wiring for lighting, ventilation and outlets, terminating at a single connection point. Your electrician connects the pod to the building supply on site — typically under an hour per pod.
