In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Open offices run on trust, and trust needs doors. A privacy pod for office gives staff a place where a difficult call, a medical conversation or a candidate interview stays private — without rebuilding the floor. Ikabin pods combine acoustic glass transparency with −35 dB speech privacy, so the room is discreet to the ear and open to the eye, delivered to New Zealand from our factory.
Start with one booth or outfit a floor: SoloKabin™ (1–2), DuoKabin™ (up to 4) and TeamKabin™ (up to 8) share one acoustic standard. Single-unit orders welcome; volume and white-label programmes available for dealers.

FAQ
Privacy pod for office in New Zealand — questions, answered.
Pods are built to order in 3 weeks in our Dubai factory, then shipped 5–7 weeks. Installation is same-day: position the pod, connect one power point, done.
Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction: a conversation at normal volume inside is an unintelligible murmur a metre outside. That is the threshold that matters for confidential HR, legal and client conversations in an open office.
Yes, by design — the front is tempered acoustic glass, so the pod stays visible and safe while conversations stay private. For more visual privacy, frosting or privacy film can be applied, and panel sides are opaque.
Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
