In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
HR conversations, salary reviews, legal calls, client negotiations — some work simply cannot happen at a desk. A private office booth puts a genuinely private room inside an open office: fully enclosed, soundproofed to −35 dB speech-level reduction, ventilated and lit, with a door that seals. Ikabin builds them in its own Dubai factory and ships factory-direct to Hong Kong.
Privacy scales across three sizes: the SoloKabin™ booth for private calls, the DuoKabin™ for one-to-ones and interviews, and the TeamKabin™ for confidential meetings of up to eight. Same acoustic spec throughout, 3-week build, 5-year manufacturer warranty, 470+ installations.
Privacy pods
Private to the ear, open to the eye.
5-year warranty
Manufacturer-backed, with spare parts shipped from our Dubai factory.
One to eight people
Private calls, one-to-ones or full confidential meetings — three sizes, one acoustic spec.
Visible, not hidden
Acoustic glass keeps the pod transparent, so privacy never becomes concealment. Duty-of-care friendly by design.
Speech stays inside
−35 dB speech-level reduction renders conversation unintelligible outside — the standard that matters for HR, legal and client calls.

FAQ
Private office booth in Hong Kong — questions, answered.
That is one of its most common uses. At −35 dB speech privacy, interviews, grievance meetings and legal calls are not intelligible outside the pod — a standard a normal glass meeting room rarely meets.
SoloKabin™ for private calls (1–2 people), DuoKabin™ for one-to-ones and interviews (up to 4), TeamKabin™ for confidential meetings (up to 8). All are soundproofed to the same −35 dB spec.
Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction: a conversation at normal volume inside is an unintelligible murmur a metre outside. That is the threshold that matters for confidential HR, legal and client conversations in an open office.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Hong Kong runs ≈3–5 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
