In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
A pods for office space is the fastest way to add a quiet room to a workplace: it arrives as a finished product, not a construction project. Position it, connect power through a single point, and it is ready the same day — lighting, ventilation and acoustic insulation included. Because Ikabin is the manufacturer, not a reseller, the spec you approve is the spec that ships to Hong Kong.
Choose the SoloKabin™ for calls and focus work, the DuoKabin™ for one-to-ones and small meetings, or the TeamKabin™ for a full meeting room. All three share the same engineering: tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy frame, −35 dB speech privacy and a 5-year warranty, built in 3 weeks in our Dubai factory and exported to Hong Kong with full documentation.
Soundproof office pods
Why teams buy a pod instead of building a room.
Ready in weeks, not months
A built room means contractors, permits and downtime. A pod is manufactured in 3 weeks, delivered finished, and usable the day it is positioned.
−35 dB speech privacy
Tempered acoustic glass and an insulated steel-alloy structure drop speech to a murmur. Calls stay private; the office stays calm.
Moves with your office
Unlike drywall, a pod is an asset, not a leasehold improvement. Relocate it across the floor or across town when the office changes.
Ventilated and lit
Quiet ventilation exchanges the air continuously; LED lighting and power outlets are built in. One connection point powers everything.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.
| Pod | Capacity | External size | Acoustics | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SoloKabin™ | Phone booth · 1–2 people | 1250 × 1250 × 2300 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 15,000 ≈ $4,084 |
| DuoKabin™ | Meeting pod · up to 4 | 2200 × 1250 × 2300 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446 |
| TeamKabin™ | Meeting room · up to 8 | 2500 × 2000 × 2250 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352 |

FAQ
Pods for office space in Hong Kong — questions, answered.
Normally no. A pod is freestanding furniture-grade equipment, not a structural alteration — it is not fixed to the building, so in most jurisdictions and most leases it needs no permit and no landlord consent. Confirm your local rules, but this is exactly why companies choose pods over built rooms.
It is a prefabricated, soundproofed room for workplaces: an enclosed booth with acoustic glass, ventilation, lighting and power, placed inside an existing space. Ikabin builds three sizes — a 1–2 person phone booth, a 4-person meeting pod and an 8-person meeting room — all with −35 dB speech privacy.
Ikabin pods are factory-direct: the SoloKabin™ phone booth is AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), the DuoKabin™ 4-person meeting pod AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446) and the TeamKabin™ 8-person meeting room AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352). Export orders are priced in USD with shipping quoted per address.

Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
