In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Most people searching for a small housing pods want the same thing: a separate, quiet place to work at home. Before you commit to foundations, weatherproofing and a construction timeline, it is worth pricing the indoor alternative. An Ikabin pod is a finished, soundproofed room that stands inside your garage, living room or any covered space — installed in a day, no permits, no groundwork, and it moves with you when you sell the house.
To be direct about what we build: Ikabin pods are engineered for indoor and covered installation — they are not weatherised buildings for open-air, year-round exposure. What they deliver instead is what most backyard-office buyers are actually after: −35 dB speech privacy, built-in ventilation, lighting and power, a 3-week build in our Dubai factory and a 5-year warranty, at a fraction of a construction project's cost and timeline.
