In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Prefabrication is the whole point of a pod: every Ikabin unit is engineered, built, finished and quality-checked in our own Dubai factory before it ships. A small prefab office building from us arrives as a complete product — insulated steel-alloy structure, tempered acoustic glass, ventilation, lighting and wiring already integrated — and is assembled in place in hours, not built on site in weeks to Switzerland.
Factory building is why the spec holds: −35 dB speech privacy on every unit, consistent finishes in any RAL colour, and a 5-year warranty we can honour because we controlled every step. Three sizes — SoloKabin™, DuoKabin™, TeamKabin™ — from AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) factory-direct.
Prefab pods
Why factory-built beats site-built.
One maker, one warranty
5 years, honoured by the factory that built every component.
Factory finishes
Powder-coated aluminium in any RAL colour, applied in the factory — not painted in your office.
Acoustics tested before shipping
−35 dB speech privacy is verified in the factory, where it can be measured — not promised on site, where it can't.
Built on jigs, not on site
Factory tolerances and QC stations produce the same pod every time — no site variables, no snag list.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Small prefab office building in Switzerland — questions, answered.
3 weeks of production, then shipping (5–7 weeks), then same-day installation: position the pod, connect one power point, done. Compare that with a 2–4 month fit-out for an equivalent built room.
Yes — any RAL colour, and OEM/white-label programmes for dealers and fitout firms who want the pod in their own brand. The engineering and acoustic spec stay constant; the finish is yours.
Everything is manufactured and integrated in our Dubai factory — structure, acoustic glass, insulation, wiring, lighting and ventilation — then shipped as panelised, container-ready units. On site, two people assemble the pre-built panels in place in hours; nothing is fabricated at your location.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Rotterdam, then Rhine barge / rail to Switzerland runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
