In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The hard part of a soundproof pod for office is not the walls — it is everything that passes through them. Doors, glass and airflow are where cheap pods leak. Ikabin engineers all three: acoustic door seals, tempered acoustic glass and baffled ventilation, wrapped around an insulated steel-alloy frame. The result is −35 dB speech privacy, verified on every pod that leaves our Dubai production line to New Zealand.
Use it as a phone booth, a focus room or a meeting room — three sizes share the same acoustic engineering. Factory-direct pricing starts at AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), orders ship in 3 weeks, and 470+ installations stand behind the spec.
Soundproof pods
Where the silence actually comes from.
−35 dB, every pod
One acoustic spec across the whole range, from the one-person booth to the eight-person room.
Proven 470+ times
The same spec, photographed in the offices our factory has already fitted.
Acoustic door seals
The door is where most pods fail. Ours closes onto compression seals that complete the acoustic envelope every time.
Baffled, silent ventilation
Air moves continuously through baffled paths that let airflow in and keep sound out — no stuffiness, no hum.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Soundproof pod for office in New Zealand — questions, answered.
Yes — ask for a live video demonstration from our Dubai factory: we take a call inside a pod while you listen from outside. UAE visitors can also test every pod at our Business Village showroom in Dubai.
Three: the SoloKabin™ phone booth (1–2 people, AED 15,000 ≈ $4,084), the DuoKabin™ meeting pod (up to 4, AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446) and the TeamKabin™ meeting room (up to 8, AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352). All share the same −35 dB acoustic spec.
This is where cheap pods fail. Ikabin pods move air through baffled acoustic paths, so ventilation runs continuously without opening a sound leak. You get fresh air and −35 dB privacy at the same time.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Auckland / Tauranga, with on-delivery nationwide runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
