In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
The honest answer to “how much does an office pod cost?” is: it depends who is in the chain. Resellers and importers typically add 40–100% over factory price. Buying a buy modern office pod factory-direct from Ikabin removes the chain: you deal with the Dubai factory that builds it, at the price the factory charges — from AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) for the SoloKabin™ to Italy.
Every quote is itemised: pod price in USD, shipping to your address, and clear incoterms so the cost split is explicit before you order. Volume pricing improves per unit; dealers can ask about OEM and white-label programmes.

FAQ
Buy a modern office pod in Italy — questions, answered.
Supply chain, not spec. Ikabin designs and builds in its own Dubai factory and sells direct — there is no importer, distributor or dealer margin stacked on top. The engineering (−35 dB speech privacy, tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy structure) is comparable to pods listing at several times the price.
Factory-direct list prices: SoloKabin™ phone booth AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084), DuoKabin™ 4-person meeting pod AED 20,000 (≈ $5,446), TeamKabin™ 8-person meeting room AED 27,000 (≈ $7,352). Export orders are priced in USD; shipping is quoted per delivery address.
No — single-unit orders are welcome and common. Many clients pilot one pod, then order multiples; per-unit pricing improves with volume, and container quantities price best.
Yes — request a live video tour of our Dubai production line, review drawings on a call, or visit the showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai. Export clients receive full spec sheets before committing.
Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
