Soundproof pods
Office sound booth in the Netherlands.
Real acoustic engineering, not foam panels: tempered acoustic glass pods built in 3 weeks, shipped to the Netherlands.
- Built in 3 weeks
- −35 dB speech privacy
- 5-year warranty
In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Noise is the top complaint in open-plan offices, and acoustic panels only soften it. A office sound booth removes it: step inside, close the door, and the office disappears. Ikabin pods are engineered to −35 dB speech-level reduction with continuous quiet ventilation — silence without stuffiness — and delivered to the Netherlands from our own factory with a 5-year warranty.
Because we are the manufacturer, the acoustic spec is not a marketing line; it is the build standard. Tempered acoustic glass, steel-alloy structure, aluminium finish, any RAL colour, built in 3 weeks, priced factory-direct in USD for export.
Soundproof pods
Where the silence actually comes from.
Proven 470+ times
The same spec, photographed in the offices our factory has already fitted.
−35 dB, every pod
One acoustic spec across the whole range, from the one-person booth to the eight-person room.
Insulated steel-alloy shell
The structure is a sound barrier: insulated panels on a steel-alloy frame, finished in aluminium, engineered as one acoustic system.
Tempered acoustic glass
Full-height acoustic glazing keeps sightlines open while blocking speech — the clarity of a glass room with the privacy of a wall.
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.

FAQ
Office sound booth in the Netherlands — questions, answered.
This is where cheap pods fail. Ikabin pods move air through baffled acoustic paths, so ventilation runs continuously without opening a sound leak. You get fresh air and −35 dB privacy at the same time.
Three: the SoloKabin™ phone booth (1–2 people, AED 15,000 ≈ $4,084), the DuoKabin™ meeting pod (up to 4, AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446) and the TeamKabin™ meeting room (up to 8, AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352). All share the same −35 dB acoustic spec.
Ikabin pods deliver −35 dB speech-level reduction. In practice: a conversation at normal volume inside the pod is reduced to an unintelligible murmur a metre outside. That is sufficient for confidential calls and meetings in a fully open-plan office.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Rotterdam runs ≈4–6 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
